A couch and an extra bed in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Friendly check-in at 3 pm, efficient employees. Absolutely perfect location right by a coffee shop, and the bistro and food in a quiet area.

We're a family that loves our pillows and they gladly accomodated our requests for several extra pillows.
When I booked the hotel, part of the main amenities listed were Free Breakfast and Free Wi-Fi. When we went down the next morning, we were told that our reservation did not include free breakfast but we could purchase it. We ended up going out instead.

I thoroughly enjoyed how the hotel looked, well-maintained place. The staff were efficient. The room was beautifully maintained with a pullout sofa, king bed, and ample space. Absolutely perfect location for visiting bistros and cafés near the property.

The hotel was perfect and clean, had quick check-in at 3 pm. Had a good breakfast with more options, greatly enjoyed the meal. Location: the property was so close to restaurant, hot water, and comforterable and San Jose and Starbucks and Noah's bagels. There was café Jamba Juice, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Everything was perfect. Bed was the most comfortable I have felt in a hotel. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We asked for a corner room and they did just that. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this place with my 5-year-old kids and had a really good experience. The room was nicely updated with a cool modern vibe and a fresh look. Loved the bathtub and the super comfy bed - perfect for a good night's sleep 💤. It was a great spot to use as a home base during our trip.

The maids in hallway at 8am were so loud. They talking to each other and slamming carts around. That was our only issues. It woke us up really early and kept us up.
